Should I use home whitening kit?
If possible teeth whitening must be done in clinic however if it’s not possible you can use home whitening kit also. Home bleach is used by the patient on a custom made tray made to fit the teeth to be used at night. Duration of the tray to be kept in the mouth is based on the strength of the bleach used. But it should be handled properly otherwise may damage or burn your gums and in some case if it’s not handled properly can damage Enamel also.
